The property is gated (electric gates) and fully fenced, so is private and secure with parking for up to 4 cars. Only 10 minutes drive from the city centre, great transport links & amenities nearby. The space Light, spacious and homely. Perfect for groups or families. There is flexibility on bedroom configuration for two of the rooms (please see my notes in “other things to note”) The top deck (off the kitchen) is fully secure for little ones, with a lockable gate either side so they can’t get down the stairs to the garden if you don’t want them to! Therefore we're all set up for travellers with young kids; we have a booster seat highchair, toys, play kitchen, scooters, trampoline etc (equally most of these can be removed for those not needing them) We do have two miniature Dachshunds, Norman & Ruby that live with us. They won't be staying with you however the house will always be professionally cleaned before your stay, I just wanted to note for anyone who has a dog allergy. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom & has a very comfy Super King bed & en-suite bathroom. Please note that Bedroom 2 (our kids room) has sturdy King Single bunks, which can accommodate adults - the top bunk however is only up to 75kg weight limit. Bedroom 3 has a very comfy Super King bed, which can convert into two separate King Single beds if you require. Bedroom 4 has a Single Daybed which is very comfy with a memory foam mattress. This can convert into a King Size bed to accommodate 2 adults if required. So we can accommodate a variety of group sizes, sleeping up to 8. We are happy to provide discounts for longer stays.
