My house is simple and functional. The ground floor is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 including an equipped kitchen, a dining area that can accommodate 4 people, a living room with corner sofa and TV. A staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, parking is in front of the house. A 60 m2 courtyard with synthetic lawn and a terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments. The space At your disposal in the kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Tassimo coffee maker, piston coffee maker, kettle, steam cooker and refrigerator. Guest access The whole house Other things to note The sum of 50 euros for cleaning is to be paid upon arrival. As well as the deposit check of 500 euros that will be given to you upon departure. Linens can be rented upon request (unfortunately no longer available for free due to theft and irrecoverable stains on the sheets) - 10 euros for the set of sheets - 5 euros towels and washcloths CAUTION: The electricity is extra because unfortunately too much abuse with the reversible air conditioning. The meter reading will be done upon arrival and departure, the calculation will be clear and simple on the actual consumption.
