A modern comfortable family home in a quiet rural village location. 10 mins from North Devon's glorious coast and beaches and 30 mins from the beautiful moorlands of Exmoor or Dartmoor. In addition to the beaches and moors we are blessed with a great choice of activities and days out incl' The Big Sheep, Milkyway, The fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly and The Tarka Cycle Trail all within a few miles of the village. The house is well equipped would be suitable for couples and families The space The Willows is our comfortable family home located in the lovely and peaceful village of Littleham 3 miles from the town of Bideford which has the usual range of shops and amenities. The house is located in the heart of the village with views over rolling countryside towards Dartmoor in the distance. It is well equipped, comfortable and quiet with 3 bedrooms and would suit couples or young families. There are a range of toys, games and DVD’s for primary aged children. The Willows has its own off-road parking. There are small garden areas to the front and rear of the house. The front is south facing and can be a real sun trap. The rear garden backs onto fields and has an elevated deck area for outdoor dining with brick BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. There are lovely views over neighbouring countryside and to Dartmoor in the distance. Guest access Guests will be met by our local host to hand over keys and ensure you settle in. Guests will be able to access all parts of our home apart from the loft room and the garage.
