Cosy 4-room apartment with balcony in Vesterbro

A light and cosy apartment with a dining kitchen and balcony in the heart of Vesterbro in a quiet street with cafés, shops and playgrounds just around the corner. With three of the four rooms being our children's rooms, it's an ideal place for families. The space The apartment consists of a combined livingroom and bedroom, three children's rooms (age 14, 16 and 18), a dining kitchen that can easily fit six people, a bathroom and a balcony facing the court. It's on the fourth floor in a well-kept building from the late 19th century with a nice, spacious and closed court where you can relax on the lawn, enjoy a meal or a drink at one of the many tables or benches or let your children play at the small playground. In the livingroom / bedroom there is a 170x220 cm futon double bed, in one of the children's room there is a 140x200 cm futon bed, in the second one there is a bed loft with a 140x200 cm futon madras and in the third room there is a bunk bed 90x200 cm. The table in the dining kitchen can be enlarged with two extra leafs. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator + a fridge, and with the sun coming in all morning it's a great place to enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee as well. In the children's room you'll find lego, books, fantasy figures, paper and pencils and more for children age 5-16. There is no washing maschine in the apartment, but in case you need to wash there is a good, eco-friendly laundrette just across the street open 7-21 every day. Guest access The whole apartment with full access to all rooms will be yours during your stay.
