The apartments are close to everything in Plagne Bellecote with the Ski lifts under 200m easy walk away. Plagne Bellecote/Belle Plagne have 25+ restaurants/bars + 3 nightclubs. The apartments are 25.7m2 + balcony, sleep 4-6 with all the bed linen & towels, bubble bath, shower gel etc. provided. 2 bedrooms. Sledges, Pierrade/Raclette, electric fondue and Nespresso pod coffee machines (and classic filter machine). Plentiful parking nearby - some free. The space I have a total of 5 apartments available to let in Plagne Bellecote. This advert is for 6-18 guests wanting to rent 3 apartments. I have 3 adjacent apartments on the 3rd floor, that each sleep 4-6 guests, and another one above that on the 4th floor, and another above on the 5th floor. I also have 2 adjacent apartments each for 4/5 guests (6 with small children), so there can accommodate 4 to 12 guests in Plagne Aime 2000 on the other side of the resort. You’ll love my apartments because they are positioned perfectly within easy walking distance to every facility in the resort. The ski lifts and ski pass office are within 200m easy walk away. The nearest Ski Bar, the Spitting Feathers (English Owner, large sports TV for football, rugby etc), the Mouflon Traditional French Restaurant, Large Spar food shop & bakers, Ski Set and Intersport Ski Hire/rental outlets are all within 40m from the building entrance. The bus stop and bank ATM is 50m, Pharmacy 50m, payable Outdoor Heated swimming Pool 90m, ESF ski school 100m. Plentiful parking 50m to 500m (with 40+ free spaces if available) Each apartment is large internally (25.7m2, and has a 3m2 balcony, perfect for 4/5 guests and cosy for 6, with 5 seperate beds with 6 bed spaces offering flexible bed arrangements for the floor level beds, to suit your family or group. You have the option of 1 to 3 large king sized double beds, or one (the fixed elevated) king sized double double bed and 4 single beds, in the 2 completely separate, divisible and independent bedroom/sleeping areas. Children and young people love the elevated large double bed. Parents love them too, as it keeps the children out of their way ! They are like a little den/camp and everyone loves them :-) The apartments are on the rear face of the building (The Residence Saint Jacques A) and face East (i.e. not slope side) but I believe the views are fantastic from within the apartment, and also from the balcony. I chose my apartments very carefully when buying them, for the best views of the adjacent mountain, and the large featured rocky outcrop which has lovely snow covered fir trees. I love the views which you can see sitting anywhere in the apartment (Ok maybe not when soaking in the bath or sitting on the loo). From the balcony you can look up the mountain and can see the Arpette ski lift running, and up towards Belle Plagne). The apartments come with all the bed linen and towels (2 per guest, one for the bath/shower, one for the swimming pool) that you will need, and also comes complete with bubble bath, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning sprays, kitchen sponges, clothes, kitchen paper towels, and toilet paper too! I also have sledges available for use in the evenings on the local slopes, and a variety of table games for the whole family to play and enjoy. Each apartment also comes equipped with a table top Granite hot stone Pierrade/Raclette grill, and a Fondue, so that you can dine in the apartment French style, at a fraction of the cost charged in the local restaurants (€40 vs €180 for a family of 6 !!!!). Each apartment has a large 1.2m (48") full HD/4K TV's, smart Amazon firesticks with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV and Movies. And finally, you get me as your host. Whenever I can I greet all my guests on arrival (no matter what time of the night or morning you arrive) and visit regularly during your stay, to ensure that you have everything you need for the very best skiing holiday. I put that effort in, because I know you will then want to return, again and again :-). My apartments are perfect for couples, families (with children, young and old), and big groups. I have 5 apartments in total which will sleep up to 30 guests if all booked together., and friends with 4 further apartments to sleep another 18 guests, and so can accommodate up to 48 guests here in Plagne Bellecote. I also have a 6 bedroomed chalet, with 8 double beds, to sleep 8 to 16, on the other side of the mountain for skiing in both La Plagne/Les Arcs (Paradiski) and the 3 Vallees (Courchevel, Meribel, Val Thorens, Les Menuiries and St Martin de Bellecote…Oh and not forgetting Orelle… which all together is reputed to be the worlds largest linked ski resort!. Other things to note Guests can either book the exit cleaning service with me (£80/€100) or are responsible for cleaning the apartment on departure. That is to include vacuuming all floor surfaces, disinfecting and wiping clean all surfaces, cleaning the toilet and toilet floor, stripping the beds of all used bed linen, and placing the bed linen in the bath, with the used towels. The 'fixed accommodation fee', to cater for shorter than 7 night bookings, and includes the provision and laundry of bed linen, towels, bathroom, kitchen and toilet essentials, toilet paper, but not the exit clean, which is the responsibility of the departing guests, as detailed above..
