Modern, separate & private room (similar to a motel room) with full en-suite & kitchenette (no stove or oven). Property has outstanding views of the Snowy Mountains & Murray River. Only 11km from Corryong; perfect for a stopover or base to explore the Upper Murray. We are usually around about 80% of the time, so it's possible you may not see us at all during your stay. The space A well appointed room to relax & refresh in. 1 x queen bed & 1 x single bed, split system heating/cooling, TV, DVD, microwave, bar fridge, sink, kettle & full ensuite. There's also a bbq available. Feel free to enjoy your dinner, an evening drink, or breakfast on the main rear deck. We won't disturb you unless you invite us. We have a 4yo Kelpie (@ 2/7/23) who has free roam & is likely to say hello. GUEST FEEDBACK (July 2019): Our snow trip was completely do-able! It was absolutely gorgeous but the fog can make it a challenge. We stayed at Mt Selwyn on Saturday and half day at Thredbo on Sunday and MUCH preferred Selwyn. The runs were better and more fun, however the runs were in better condition at Thredbo- it was just too busy and not great for intermediate level snow-goers like us. We left your place early so we could get a good park which I would highly recommend for either field. Selwyn was so much cheaper and was such a bargain. Definitely something in it for everyone. We would 100% do it again, staying at your place was the perfect way to escape the tourist accommodation price trap. Guest access Complete & private access to your room (it's separate from, but close to, the main building). Feel free to relax on the rear verandah of the main building. There's also a unique, private, hot water outdoor shower if you want to experience real freedom. A external gas bbq provides another cooking option. Other things to note There is satellite WiFi, which shouldn't be relied on. Telstra & Optus networks provide coverage. It is a 90 min drive to Thredbo from our place.
