Cavi Beach Home is located in Cavi di Lavagna just 100 meters from the beaches. The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi internet connection. The space Tourist taxes are included in the price of reservation. The mandatory additional cost for cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay is €50 in the winter period, €70 in the summer period (June/September). Furthermore, bed linen and towels will be provided to our guests upon request. This optional service has an additional cost of € 10 per person. Guest access Upon your arrival there is a very convenient baggage unloading area (condominium driveway) with a large courtyard. Then you can park your car in the various free public car parks in the street of the apartment or surroundings or in the paid public car parks along the main street (Via Aurelia) with a rate of € 1 / h or € 5 / 24h. Other things to note Genoa and La Spezia with their large national and international events and fairs are easily reachable by car or train in 30/45 minutes. The famous tourist places such as the Cinque Terre and Portofino can be reached by train, boat or car in about 30 minutes.
