Queen size beds in both bedrooms and pull-out couch in the living room. High speed WiFi (up to 300Mbps). One desk in the living room and another one in one of the bedrooms - work from “home” conveniently. Ground floor unit – no stairs to worry about. Lots of street parking – bring your car! The apartment is meticulously cleaned and disinfected after each stay following the AirBnB COVID protocol. Contactless check-in and check-out are available upon request. NO ONE other than the registered guests may stay in the apartment. With prior approval from host, visitors are allowed to VISIT ONLY. Registered guests are FULLY responsible for visitors’ conduct and any issues that may arise. Any damages will be charged through AirBnB to the registered guest. NO PARTIES. A GOVERNMENT ID IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AND MUST MATCH RESERVATION IN PERSON UPON CHECK IN. No ironing on bedding / linens. Use the ironing board provided. Absolutely nothing other than toilet paper to be thrown / flushed down the toilet. This means NO wipes, NO feminine hygiene products, NO cotton balls or Q-tips, NOTHING. There is a waste basket provided in the bathroom. The violation of any rules will forfeit your stay and may incur additional fees through AirBnB.
