Our upstairs bedrooms (in a row), are equipped with individual or bunk beds and offer a wide space of comfort. Fan in every bedroom. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, tea towels. Single beds (90x200cm) 2 showers and 2 separate toilets on the ground floor. Secured detached wardrobe Washing machine and dryer. Housekeeping option upon request. The space Charming stopover gîte on the Vélo Francette. Old lockhouse from 1852, located on the towpath (municipality of Jaille Yvon) with stunning views of the dam and the village of Chenillé-Champteussé. With an area of 127 m², 3 adjoining bedrooms (max. capacity of 10 people in dormitory), a kitchen and a living room as well as a garden and a bike room with maintenance kit, the lock house has been completely renovated and redecorated. Domaine des Rues Chenillé (Weddings): 7-minute drive. Château des Briottières Champigné (Weddings): 15-minute drive. Terra Botanica Park (Angers): 30-minute drive.
