The apartment consists of a private bedroom, a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. The space In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa that can be stretched with sleeping dimensions of 130 by 190 cm. Dining table with four chairs. Kitchenette with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven with stovetops. The kitchen area is fully equipped for your comfortable stay. There is a kettle for hot water and a coffee machine with capsules, which we offer as a compliment to our guests. The apartment has a washing machine with all necessary detergents at your disposal. The self-contained bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed with a comfortable mattress. Double-winged wardrobe and dresser. For your convenience, we have provided a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. On the terrace you will find a table with comfortable chairs where you can drink your morning coffee or evening drink. The complex has a children's playground and lots of green space. Access to the complex is controlled for your complete security. A 2-minute walk away is a public transport stop (bus number 15). 300 meters from the complex there is a beautiful and quiet bay where you can enjoy our beautiful Black Sea.
