Colorful and Cozy Studio

Welcome! We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers. The space This is a completely private upstairs studio apartment attached to our home with your own covered parking spot. You will enter using stairs to your private deck, and will enter the studio from there. You have access to your recently updated private bathroom, small bar area for simple meal prep with mini fridge, coffee maker, conduction plate, microwave, and toaster, and desk/table available for meals or work. Closet and drawer space available for your belongings. Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, pull out sofa with a full memory foam mattress, and TV (Netflix, prime tv, and digital antenna for local channels) available for resting. The deck is complete with a table and 2 chairs, as well as chairs for lounging. Just a note, there are neighborhood animals, including dogs, cats, and roosters, but we do supply a noise machine and fans in case you are sensitive to noise. Guest access Lock box located at private entrance for simple check-in. Other things to note 18 shallow steps to enter home. Portable crib available upon request.
