Spacious living room, newly remodeled kitchen area, laundry room with stacking washer/dryer and counter space for additional friends stopping by. Wake up, grab your freshly brewed coffee, walk to the private entrance to Crescent Beach and watch the Sunrise to the East. In the evenings, take your glass of wine and appetizers to your own lanai and watch the western sky Sunsets without leaving the condo that faces the Intercoastal Matanzas River. The additional amenities include a beautiful perfectly blue swimming pool, grills and sitting areas for those lazy afternoons.
