La Roccaccia was built in 1080 AD as a lookout tower to defend the Fermo area. Located in an enchanting setting between Monte Sibilla, the gorge of Infernaccio and the hilltop town of Montefortino. Today La Roccaccia is a luxury venue with private pool and jacuzzi located among the Sibillini mountains, designed for those in search of peace, relaxation and meditation. Its park is filled with works of art and at it features a private amphitheater with a unique view. The space The access to this apartment is located at the first floor. The dining room, with a kitchenette that disappears behind a sliding door, overlooks a terrace from which guests can enjoy the sun and an incomparable view that frames the gorge of the Infernaccio and the surrounding villages scattered around the mountains. Upstairs there are a single bedroom, a double bedroom with a French bed and a shared bathroom. While on the last floor there is an additional double bedroom, with a dome that can electrically be opened to sleep under the starry sky, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. From this room it is possible to access the top of the tower. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the entire venue. The spaces in the garden and the surrounding park might be shared with other potential guests staying at L'Infernaccio apartment which is located on the ground floor. Other things to note The following rates are calculated separately and must be paid directly on site: Refundable Damage Deposit: 100€ FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS ONLY (October to end of March). Heating has an extra cost of 60€/day that must be paid by credit card upon arrival.
