As it is located in the part of the building that is opposite to the street and looks on a quiet, gorgeous garden, the sense is of being in a retreat. The apartment has one fully separate room with a double bed, and a semi-private gallery (mezzanine) just above the living room with a couch for 1 person. Small bathroom, kitchenette and an adorable mini balcony, very retro and cozy. Guest access The apartment is a fully separate unit. Entry is from the 1st building, from the street, and it has an elevator, 2Floors down, which leads into a small courtyard. From there the entry into the 2nd building, where the apartment is located (on the 2nd floor), does NOT have ELEVATOR. The wooden stairs are original, retro (a bit narrow), built some 50 years ago. Building is how the buildings were built at that time in the center of the Belgrade. Due to apartment's position, being away from the street, it is very quiet and sunny, overlooking the garden. There are many restaurants on boats. This is the area known throughout Europe for its busy night life - music, clubs, restaurants, cafes, etc. on the posit side, bellow Kalemegdan fortress, is another long walking/biking path along Danube river.
