Quiet room near Zurich Airport

House rules The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.  It is only 7 minutes by car from Kloten Airport, 15 minutes from Zurich City and Winterthur, but is in a very quiet residential area in the countryside without flight or road noise. I ask my guests to be considerate of the neighbors. Of course, you can live and live normally, but the place is unsuitable for loud parties, etc. The space You'll love my place if you feel comfortable in the countryside, you like to be in nature and still appreciate the proximity to the city. My living room is cozy, stylish and invites you to get together and chat. During your stay I am happy if you feel comfortable in my apartment, you appreciate the tranquility of my surroundings, the proximity to the city and nature. I am very easy to reach via Whatsapp or SMS and am happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note There are 2 very friendly little dogs living in the apartment. Final cleaning fee: 7-31 day stay: CHF 125.00 per week. Payable up to 1 week before departure.
