The space Private Basement Apartment with separate private entrance. Area includes private room, private bathroom, shower, and separate private living room area with couch, desk, microwave and mini-refrigerator / freezer. Free parking space located in front of house and you also have access to backyard garden in the back. Guest access You enter through your own private front basement door entrance which has an self-service electronic keypad lock for easy access. Entrance is located to the left of the main entrance. The guests will need to go down eight steps to reach the door with the self-service lock. If you prefer you may also leave and enter from the back garden of the house which also has eight steps. Electronic access allows for easy or late check-in. Other things to note To enter the place, you will need to walk down eight stairs into the apartment. As part of our family, we have a very friendly and happy 5 year old female mini- labradoodle. She rarely barks except at the mailman. She will never be in your area but you may occasionally hear her upstairs.
