Top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 205 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Vehicles can not protrude in the drive area or past the above walkway. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. It is beside the beach side end unit, on the top floor in the west building. We do have great views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.
