Hampden Flat is on the 2nd floor, The house has a shared main entrance which leads to 3 FLIGHT of STAIRS and into your cosy, comfortable, spacious flat. Offering two double bedrooms, with double bed in each room plus large bright livingroom. Kitchen with all you could need and a lovely bathroom. Completely self contained flat, where you will find piece and quite, great get away! The space Our fantastic flat offers guests a home away from home experience. Self contained flat. Our guests can enjoy the space in privacy. The entrance door to the flat door is a fire door and fitted with an overhead hydraulic self closer. Hampden Flat is in Eccles which is a town in Greater Manchester. Eccles is served by the Eccles line of the metrolink, light rail system which, along with regular bus services. The Trafford Centre, Old Trafford football ground and Manchester City centre are just a bus ride away, or 10 to 15 mins drive away. Manchester Airport is around 20mins drive or you can catch a train. Salford Royal hospital which is known as (hope hospital) is 5 minutes drive. Eccles Town centre and Monton villege are only walking distance away, where you will find great range of restaurants, cafes and bars available so you can dine out in style. The flat is stocked with all the essentials that you could need and much more, the kitchen you will find fridge freezer, cooker with oven , microwave, kettle,Toaster, and all the pots, pans crockery utensils, all the other essentials such as coffee,tea sugar and salt. Living room is a fantastic space for guests to relax and unwind with sofa's and nice big comfy leather arm chair, There's also a TV where you enjoy your favourite programmes. The bathroom offers bath with stand in shower and plenty of hand and face towels. We have all the essentials for use during your stay, hand and body wash, shampoo etc. The flat has two double bedrooms, which have nice relaxing neutral deco and designed with comfort in mind. We provide nice and soft duvets and pillows ensure a good night sleep. The two double beds have supreme mattress, so you can have good and comfortable night sleep. Once you have arrived, we will always work hard to ensure your stay is as amazing as it can be. We will be on hand via phone/WhatsApp to answer any questions and will be nearby should you need any assistance. We always try to offer a great stay for all our guests, we believe we're offering good service all the time, but we also know things can crop up from time to time, so we will, always work hard and resolve anything at all. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted access to the flat including both bedrooms, living room, bathroom and the kitchen. Other things to note Please keep in mind, check out time is 10am and check in time is 1pm. Same day check in and check out times we are strict about, as your all aware of the current situation, we need time to do a deep clean and sanitise the whole place, so we need time to prepare for the next guests coming in.
