Centrewood Historic Homestead offers quiet B&B in coastal setting 40 minutes North of Dunedin. There is an external power point for electric vehicle recharging. Guests have use of a 2-bedroom wing, with private bathroom, kitchen and living area, as well as private entrance and verandah. The price per night is for 2 people sharing one room. For use of both rooms please inquire. The space The very spacious guest wing is self contained and for you and your guests’ sole use, and elegantly presented. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, as well as essentials like toaster and kettle etc. The living area has a heat pump, woodburner, dining table, two sofas and two armchairs, and a 40" LCD TV with freeview TV and free wifi. Also Bluetooth audio set up. From the living area you have access to a large verandah with outdoor chairs and tables situated to get the evening sun & sunsets. There are two bedrooms with comfy beds, one queen, other with a queen and a single bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and large claw-foot bath. Guests are free to wander the extensive gardens of roses, rhododendrons and daffodils and enjoy the amazing views, birdlife and peacefulness. Guest access All bookings have exclusive sole use of the guest wing. $150 per room, for up to two people. For use of both bedrooms which can accomodate up to 5 guests, please enquire for price. Continental breakfast provisions available on request, $15 per person. Washer and dryer are available for a $10 fee upon request. Other things to note There is an external power point for electric vehicle charging. Palmerston is 10 mins drive and has a small supermarket and cafes. The Moeraki Tavern is open daily and bookings are recommended.
