Quiet room in beautiful victorian terrace. Very clean and tidy with a lovely landscaped garden at the back that guests can enjoy. There's a well appointed kitchen and stunning bathroom right next to the room. Pocket sprung double mattress should ensure a very comfortable night. Popular with performers at the theatre and people on short courses, but all welcome. Please state the purpose of your visit when requesting to stay. Earlier check in may be possible but please check first. Thank you The space First floor room overlooking the garden. Very close to the bathroom. A work desk is provided should you require one. Quiet space. Guests report the pocket sprung mattress is extremely comfortable. Guest access Access to all communal areas including kitchen where you are welcome to cook your own meals. Meals are not provided by the host. Space provided for storage should you need this. During your stay You are encouraged to interact with the host particularly if staying for a week or more, though your space and privacy will be respected. Other things to note When booking this room please message me the purpose of your visit and a little bit about you. Respectfull guest are most welcome. Please familiarise yourself with the house rules. No cooking after 10pm if possible and no noise after 11pm. This property would not suite anyone working unsociable hours or nights. If unsure please message me first. If you are staying long term (28 days or more) then you may be expected to help out a little with the cleaning. This is reflected in the reduced daily rate.
