My home is a 3 bedroom terraced redbrick which I've completely renovated. It's got hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, a really comfortable queen size bed. I provide high quality linens, tea and coffee and a light breakfast. The space The room is large, and our neighborhood is very quiet. I have a single bed in a spare room, so in some circumstances I can accommodate a party of three. Guest access Come and go as you please, there will always be tea and coffee in the kitchen! And there's a table in the garden if it's a sunny day. There is unrestricted parking just around the corner. During your stay I'm in and out during the day, and usually home in the evenings. But you will have as much privacy as you like! Other things to note It's a very quiet neighborhood with quite a few families who have young children, and I also have some elderly neighbors. So it's important to be mindful of that coming home late at night.
