Large holiday home surrounded by a garden of 3000m2 and located 5mn walk to the center of Morgat and the beach. Ideal with friends or family. The space A 5-minute walk from the beach, main amenities and living places (hypermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bars, restaurants...). For surfers, 5 minutes drive from the spot de La Palue. For hikers, a 5/10 minute walk from the GR34 and the Kador wood, with views of the Bay of Douarnenez. The house is composed of 5 bedrooms, equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), living room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms (1 large shared bathroom with 3 walk-in showers, 1 private bathroom with 1 shower). A garden with terrace, composed of pine and an orchard, surrounds the house. IMPORTANT: amenities - We provide linens (sheets, pillows , duvets / blankets). You must bring your tea towels and towels. - Electricity charges are charged for consumption in spring/ winter, they are evaluated at the end of the stay on the basis of the meter reading (16ct/kw, which amounts to around €15/day for a group of 10 people). In summer, electricity is charged if a flat fee of 300kw/week is exceeded.
