This cozy 63 m² apartment, located on the third floor without elevator access, faces southeast and enjoys beautiful light from morning until evening. The large covered terrace allows you to enjoy a pleasant and quiet outdoor space in the city center. The bright living room opens onto the balcony and has a cozy relaxation area with a sofa, TV and dining area. The apartment is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi, Netflix, Chromecast, as well as several amenities designed to make the stay enjoyable, whether for a few nights or several weeks. The two independent bedrooms lock and each have a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a desk, storage, and a TV with Netflix. Your room, named "Île de Groix", is located on the right as you enter the apartment. Each bedroom is independent and lockable to ensure comfort and tranquility during your stay.
