Heart of Provence The 150 m² house is located 300 m from the center of Eyragues village, 5 km from Saint Rémy de Provence in a very quiet area. It consists of 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet. You have access to a private salt pool measuring 8 x 4 meters and a wooded garden area. The space The house is composed of two parts: one of 100 m² and another of 50 m². The kitchen is open to the living area. You have 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms in the first part and one bedroom in the other part, this bedroom opens onto the terrace. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet. On one of the bedrooms, a balcony will allow you to enjoy the sunset. The house is ideal for hosting two families as it is composed of two distinct spaces communicating through the terrace. You therefore have the option to rent the house in two parts (one for 4 to 5 people and one for 2 people). You have access to a private pool (May – September), and a garden area Bed and bath linen is not provided except on express request at the rate of €25 per bed (beds are made upon arrival) and €7 per person for bath linen. Payment is made on the day of your arrival. . 3-star rating Guest access You have access to the entire house, garden area and pool. The house is equipped with a cooling floor. Other things to note If you're charging an electric or hybrid vehicle, you'll be asked to pay an additional fee per night per vehicle on site. This supplement will be calculated using a cost simulator. Guests must ask the host of the house to recharge the vehicle. Bed and bath linens are not provided. It is offered at an extra cost.
