Character house bought 'in its original state' in 2002, renovated with patience and passion, currently offering all modern comforts. In 2020, this family home was transformed into a guest house, accommodating up to 10 people. On the first floor, a family suite with 2 independent bedrooms and a mezzanine bed, accommodating up to 6 people (family, friends), sharing the same shower room and the same toilet. These rooms have retained the character of the old and are furnished and decorated with family furniture, antique and contemporary. On the second floor, a large attic was transformed in 2021 into a real apartment comprising 2 double suites and a common relaxation area for the 2 bedrooms. All in a contemporary spirit, embellished with antique furniture and decorative accessories. Guest access The property is located at the exit of the village of Saint-Savinien, 1.5 km from the city center. You will find all the local shops in the village. The house is located at the end of a large wooded garden. A parking space on the property is reserved for guests. Guests can freely enjoy the outdoor areas, where they will find tables and chairs, deckchairs, hammocks, daybed and garden furniture. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the room price. It is served between 7:30am and 10:00am in the dining room located on the ground floor. It can be served outdoors if desired and weather permitting. Freshly squeezed fruit juice, seasonal and organic fruit salad if possible, bread and chocolate bread or croissant from the village bakery and fresh in the morning, homemade jam with untreated fruits from the garden, organic or homemade cereal and yogurt, cheese. Tea, coffee or milk as a hot drink. Cats are present on the property and in the house but not in the guest areas. No pets allowed due to the presence of cats on the premises. The house is completely non-smoking. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
