Part of a period property this first floor apartment consists of a Living Room / Bedroom with Double bed, Fully equiped kitchen and shower room. Ideal for either business travelers, couples or friends wanting to discover what Liverpool has to offer. The space You enter the apartment into the hallway, the hall bends round to the right leading into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay and an airy open plan living room with views overlooking St. Lukes church while through the door ahead as you enter the apartment is the bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Guest access Living Room / Bedroom This is a lovely bright room with generous proportions and high ceilings. To the left is a door leading to the bedroom with double bed which we will make up with hotel quality bed linen prior to your arrival. There is a comfortable couch and a desk sits in front of the window, providing an area to work from. A small dining table is neatly tucked between the windows and a wall mounted TV with Freeview is also available. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a Kettle, Toaster, Hob and fridge together with a range of pots, pans and crockery to enable you to prepare a light meal. Bathroom A compact bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Utility Room Accessed just off the first floor landing is a communal utility room. This houses two Washer/Dryers which are available for you to use during your stay. Guests have complete access to the flat. Other things to note As this is a historically protected building in the middle of Liverpool’s vibrant city centre, there may be the potential for noise, mainly at the weekends. Although it is likely you won’t find them necessary, we do provide ear plugs should you want them.
