The space The largest room (bed 140-200 and spacious wardrobe) is located at the back of the property and is therefore an oasis of peace, surrounded by greenery from the inner city garden in the summer. In the morning, having your own breakfast with Nespresso on your own private roof terrace and/or veranda in the morning sun and then exploring our beautiful Leeuwarden is what makes this location so unique. You are really just a stone's throw away from shops, museums, galleries, restaurants, terraces and city parks. The front room is on the street side, where you can hear the noise of the city center with terraces (bed 160-200 and workplace/closet). Guest access The small studio on the second floor has 2 rooms, a kitchenette, combined shower/toilet/sink and private entrance. You share the stairs to the first floor with the resident. Other things to note To get to the lodging, you will need to climb 2 steep stairs. But when you have accepted that challenge, a particularly pleasant surprise awaits you.
