Botev Apartment

A bourgeois apartment in a historic building with the portrait of Bulgarian national hero and poet Hristo Botev. It is a quiet and cozy apartment at the first floor, with most of the windows overlooking a private back yard. It provides a kitchenette, a dining room, a living room with a sofa, which expands into a twin bed, a room with two beds and a work desk. The property is officially registered as a guest apartment with the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism. Guests are required to show ID papers. Guest access The entire apartment is available including access to the closed backyard of the building. The owner works very close to the apartment and during workdays she will meet the guests personally. Otherwise the guests shall be provided with a code to a post box that contains the keys and is located about 50 m. away from the apartment - in the office building. Other things to note 1. The living room is transitional to the large room. 2. The heating in winter is local, on electricity, with two high-end Panasonic inverter air-conditioners. 3. The bathroom has no shower cabin. 4. The model of the sofa bed is IKEA ASKEBY. You can check it in search engines. 5. Foreign guests must provide an ID document. The apartment is officially registered as a place for accommodation and the owner is required by law to record each stay in the national tourist registrar.
