Ours is a fully renovated Grange Hall into Bed and Breakfast. We serve a full breakfast. We have 3 private rooms w/baths and a large common area with guest kitchen, sitting and dining areas as well as pingpong and grande piano. All rooms are first floor with no stairs. Room 3 has king bed, a walk in shower and is ideal for extended stays. We rent to adults 25 up and children minimum 15 yrs of age with parents. Max 2 individuals/room. No Pets. Gene and Judy are excellent hosts and will give recommendations on where to eat, where to hike, and how to experience the best fall colors or spring garden Guest access You will have a private room and bathroom. The rest of the house is for mingling with other guests and your host. There is a kitchen to cook in, a ping pong table (watch out, Judy is a shark!) and a fire pit in the back yard to roast marshmallows and star gaze. Other things to note This is a mature bed and breakfast, great for retirees, parents visiting their college students at Franklin Pierce University, and those who wish to get the New England experience.
