The apartment has floor to ceiling windows to allow the evening sun in, and roller blinds for privacy. The apartment has direct street level access with its own secure outside gate and intercom system (security gate has its own keypad and can also be remotely opened from inside the apartment), large brick wall for privacy and another screen/glass door (with key access) to the apartment itself after climbing some stairs. The balcony above has two stools for guests to sit on and enjoy the view and sun outside.
