Beautiful 2-Bedroom in Alameda - Family Friendly

This clean and beautiful basement apartment with separate entrance features everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Portland in the heart of the popular Alameda neighborhood. Enjoy a beautiful kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, side patio, and easy access to public transit. The space Gorgeously renovated basement apartment is clean, bright, and cozy and offers almost every comfort of home. Many amenities and entertainment options such as board games, puzzles, Roku and internet connection. Coffee to get you going in the morning. Unlimited hot water for your showers or soak in the tub. You also have your own washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the fenced-in side yard. A pack-and-play is available for our littlest guests along with many other needs for little ones. Please note that our home is not sound proofed. We did spend a lot of money to try and soundproof it so it's better than nothing, but you will probably hear footsteps. It's great for families with kids like ours or people who will need to wake up fairly early for work. If you do not tolerate house noise, especially in the morning, our home will probably not meet your needs unfortunately. We can't hear you but you can hear us. We've included ear plugs and white noise machines in the bedrooms. If you do still book with us, please don't give us less stars for that. However, if you are comfortable with possibly hearing footsteps above, we hope you'll join us! Guest access You'll have full access to the basement of our house. Other things to note Please note that there is no parking in the driveway. You may park around the corner or across the street (half a block).
