The house we provide to our guest is a traditional Kerala Style ancestral home, just 500 Mtrs away from tourist destination Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary and 2 Kms from Beypore Port, ideal for tourists looking for home stay. The house plot having a large garden land , which consists of coconut trees, mango trees, jack fruit trees, organically grown vegetables, Chicken poultry ,cow and surrounded with lush greenery. Home belongs to Engineer Vinodkumar, who is residing there from last 57 years. The space It is an old style house been with my family for generations. Its walking distance from the bird sanctuary. The beach is equally near and you can go for a swim whenever.Would love to give people the opportunity to stay in my house.is really a wonderfull experience to our guest,all doors of my house is opened to travellers round the world,you can also learn the basic of yoga from my home Guest access Sitting Room , Kitchen, Washer, Dining Room etc Basically I have no restrictions. we have 5 double room attached with toilet in which 2 is Ac room During your stay Our double room we charge Rs2000 for non AC and RS 2500 for AC if any person staying here can enjoy all comments area of the plot and house altogether RS 11000 per day for 5 rooms Other things to note The property is near the beach, please be careful when using the beach.
