Newly refurbished Grade II listed Edwardian town house in Old Town. Our cosy yet spacious family house is located on the historic Hawley Square, situated just minutes away from the beach front, The Turner Contemporary, Dreamlands, Shell Grotto, The Theatre Royal, and all of the Vintage Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes in the Old Town. Only 2 minutes from the Main Sands the Seafront walks will bring you to Cliftonville(10mins), Walpole Bay(15mins), Botonay Bay(30mins) The space • Fully refurbished to a high standard, Hawley Retreat is a 4 Storied town-house built in 1908. The house includes an open plan kitchen with a large island and a chefs Smeg oven, a 10 seater Dining area with a double ended log burner, a large comfy TV lounge area, a tea/cocktail seating area, upstairs a large double walk in shower and the master bedroom has an en-suite with a super relaxing roll-top bath, and finally a courtyard perfect those summer evenings. • Bedroom 1 - has a superking bed and large en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower on the first floor. • Bedroom 2 - has a super king bed on the second floor • Bedroom 3 - has a double bed on the first floor. • Bedroom 4 - has a double on the second floor • Spacious bathroom on top floor complete with a double walk in shower. • There is both a travel cot and highchair available for 1-2 yr olds, and a little blowup matress available for 3-6 yr olds upon request. • There is a private gated courtyard to the rear of the house with seating `+ outdoor dining table • Please note we have a strict “No-Party” policy, and is our family home, and also have sensitive neighbours. Guest access You will have access to the entire house Other things to note CAR If you're driving, you can park briefly on Hawley Square to drop your bags, there’s usually a space in front of the house. This area is a pay & display ticket area and free from from 6pm till 8am. You can buy a ticket from the machine which lasts just two hours, after which you need to move the car into one of the nearby car parks such as Multi-storey Mill-Lane 2 Min Walk, Free on Saturdays. Closed from 7pm to 7am. Trinity Square Car Park - Trinity Square (5-6 mins walk) which allows all-day parking. Also Free Parking on streets around Dane Park 10 minute walk from house. Note- we hope everything is satisfactory on your arrival. Any issues need to be communicated through the Airbnb portal straight away and we can try our best to rectify the issue immediately This is not a party house! Please can you remember we have friends who are neighbours and we don’t want to upset them. Please can you keep the noise in the garden to a minimum and especially after the house of 10.30.
