Sea-view in Karon Beach (ground floor)

Our house is 10 minutes from the Temple in Karon. It`s located up on the hill. There will be sign saying "PHUKET FOREST", the name of the house. The house consists of two flats. One with two bedrooms (1.Floor) and the one at ground floor has 3 bedrooms (the one advertised here). The 3.rd bedroom has it's own door. on the left side of the house. The pool is always well kept. The house itself is situated at the end of a road together with two other houses, sharing a pool and front yard. The space It is a well situated house. Since it`s up in the hill, there is a nice sea breeze that cools you down. With the pool area in the front and the garden at the back, there is always a shade. There is good parking for scooters. if you bring a car, the parking is appox.150 meter down the road . Guest access The flat has direct access to the pool(one step). There is a stair leading up to the garden in the back. From the street and up to the property, there is a 2 step stair. There is a no smoking ( mariuhana/hasjis etc) on the property. ordinary cigareyts is ok outside the house. Other things to note Nb, nb. The only extra is electricity. It is 6B/kWh by actual use. In practical terms 5-600 b/week. Dependig on the use of aircon during the day. You can pay in cash to Mr. Daniel There are 10-minutes walk down to the Temple. Here starts Karon "Main street" that brings you down to the beach. From the Temple, you walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Karon beach is rated among the top 5 beaches in Thailand by TripAdvisor. We are sorry, but animals can not be accepted at the property. No smoking of wheed at the property.
