Close to the beaches, coast path, medieval castle & 10-minutes away from the seaside town of Tenby by car or bus. Dog friendly with a large secure garden available for year round booking. Bedrooms include one double, and one twin bedroom suit your preference. Fibre WiFi at 60gb, Smart TV, BBQ & tree hammock. Sea Bean is ideal for families, couples, and coastal adventurers. The space Built in 1950 my down to earth house has contained garden space with patio and decking for rest and play. Use of patio table and chairs for those summer days and nights. Electric log burning effect stove for the cooler evenings. The beds are made up as two standard singles or super-king size in both bedrooms, we have a comfortable corner sofa which is broad enough to be made into a further two single beds if needed. I have a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine, also an area that wet suits and walking boots can be stored and dried. The dinning room is just off the kitchen with patio doors directly into the garden. The stair well has a selection of framed classic movie posters and the house has a beach and ocean theme with drift wood key pegs and framed photographs of the local area. Included is all bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment - all you need for a relaxing break is beach towels and your family. Even your furry friends are catered for, we supply dog bowls, dog towels and a large contained garden for them to explore. We also have a cot and baby bedding, toddler gates and plastic plates and cups available on request for the smaller members of your family. My aim is to make you happy and for my home to be your holiday home from home and look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful area of the country. Guest access The whole of house and gardens except loft and garden sheds. Other things to note I can offer the choice of a standard double bed in the main bedroom and a super kingsize or two single in the other bedroom, the choice is yours. The hire of wetsuits for all sizes and propane patio gas for the BBQ range can be booked in advance. Also ensure shower curtains are fully enclosed within the bath tub when showering to avoid excess shower water running off the wall and flodding the bathroom floor. The bathroom is not a wetroom. The open fire in the living room is available all year round and complimentary logs, kindling and fire lighters supplier during the aurumn and winter months. The garden is dog secure with tall garden fences surrounding the property. My property is a pet/dog friendly house, however If your dog is unruly, destructive and persistently barks then this is not the property for you and your dog.
