Stay in this wonderful newly built house in the heart of Pelekoudas, only 100 meters from the sea. Valentin's house has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a spacious dining room, two bedrooms with a queen size bed, a workspace and their own balconies. The house has two comfortable toilets, one of which is in one of the bedrooms. The space As you enter the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with an island and an American style refrigerator. Continuing on, you will find the living room with a large sofa and a 55-inch TV opposite. On the other side, in the same space, you will see the stylish Dining Room. From the living room and passing through a small hall you will pass to the master bedroom which consists of a queen size bed, a double wardrobe, a small work space and a large full-length mirror. This room also has its own toilet with shower. In this toilet you will also find a washing machine. From the kitchen and passing through a small hall you will find on the left the second toilet and on the right the second bedroom with a queen size bed, a double wardrobe, a tool area and its own balcony. The house has two large verandas that connect to each other. Guest access All areas on this level (ground floor) are fully accessible to guests. Areas such as the basement (which has a separate entrance from this apartment) and the stairs to the upper floor as well as the upper floor are not intended for guests on the ground floor. Other things to note We recommend that you enjoy a walk in Pelekoudas. You will have the opportunity to explore its beaches as well as its trails.
