Collingwood is a family friendly home furnished to a high standard offering self catering accommodation, just a 2 minute walk to Saundersfoot Village. Enjoy the beautiful blue flag beach, picturesque harbour and coastal path walks, along with local pubs and restaurants. No car required upon arrival. (note bedroom 2 has a single bed with guest single pull out along with 1 small double bed (sleeps 3) Please Note 1 well behaved dog only. The space Lounge separate sitting room. Kitchen leading onto utility room which leads onto the south facing decking area. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. Please note we only make beds up requested for number of guests. On arrival provided is toilet rolls x 2, 1 kitchen roll, dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid. Guest access Parking is located next to the property. Parking for 2 cars single file. Please park car as close to pine end of property as a shared drive. Other things to note Due to Covid 19 and your safety the house will be deep cleaned on every change over, you will be required on leaving to strip all bedding and place towels in laundry bags provided. Please note strict check in/out times. We provide hand sanitiser and dettol spray to kitchen sink area and bathroom sink area. Please note only 1 well behaved dog permitted, owners are expected to clean up dog toileting and dispose of. Dogs not permitted on the furniture or upstairs in property.
