Located in one of the most well-planned residential localities of Jaipur - Jawahar Nagar, Pavna Nivas offers the perfect stay for readers, travellers, music lovers and families/couples. Away from the hustle-bustle of the city, yet centrally located and easily accessible to all needs and requirements of the traveller. The space The property comes with a common living space, a garden and a private entrance to the room with an attached bathroom. Guest access Besides their dedicated room and bathroom, the guests will have access to the front garden and drawing room. The drawing room will be open to guests only when hosts are at home. During your stay Meeting people from different walks of life is always a learning experience and as teachers, we like to keep growing. Both I and my Aditi enjoy a good company and are looking forward to meeting interesting people through our homestay. Other things to note Here's a little information and a few guidelines to make your stay a more restful experience: No smoking in the room, please! If you use a music system in your room, please keep the volume at a level that will not disturb our neighbours. MEALS Breakfast - 8 AM; Lunch - 2 PM; Dinner - 8.30 PM If you'd like to have lunch or dinner with us, please let us know by 10 AM for lunch and 3 PM for dinner. Charges (Lunch/Dinner) per head: ₹450 (veg & non-veg) Our Staff are honest, but please don't leave valuables lying around. Bed linen and bath towels will be changed every 2 days. The guests will have access to the drawing room only. It will be open to guests only when hosts are at home. Evening tea and snacks are available from 4-6 PM (₹100 per person) There is no room service so please let your hosts know in advance. Please do not tip the staff directly. We have a pool system through which tips are distributed to the staff, many of whom work behind the scenes. Laundry is charged at ₹250 per load (5kgs). Please hand over clothes to your hosts with special washing instructions (if any). For the safety and security of the house, hosts and guests, please be aware that there are CCTV cameras installed outside the property overlooking the street and main gate, as well as in the dining room, which guests do not have access to during their stay. Pets are welcome. Pet meals are ₹100 per meal. We do have dogs, however, we make sure they stay away from the guests and the guest room.
