Nestled in a peaceful traditional village, Donchai House is 15 min from Chiang Mai city centre. The gated guesthouse offers comfortable bedrooms a with restaurant and bar. Each room here has AC, a balcony and a minibar. It will take 15mins to drive or ride to old city.and From Chiang Mai International Airport is 4 km away(10mins). We more prefer to have long-term stay, so discount (15%) is offered for monthly stay (> 28days). The space The café and bar at Donchai House has an oustanding menu featuring fresh, local ingredients (when available) and the best of Thai cuisine (with Western, Indian and *vegan/**vegetarian options). Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk and luggage storage. The property offers free parking, sightseeing trips, in-room traditional Thai massage, motorbike and car rentals, and shuttle services. Bed sheet/shower towel cleaning: we will change with fresh bed sheet/shower towel regularly. If you have additional request, please inform the house-keeper directly when she is working . We will try to meet your expectation. We are just a guest house, not a hotel. We also advocate environmental and self-help lifestyles: 1. We have food service, but if you need to cook your own food there is a fully equipped kitchen that can be used free of charge. However, you need to buy your own food and condiments. Please clean up after using the kitchen. 2. We laundry service is provided; However, there is a washing machine(no drying function) that can be used but pay a fee. 3. No slippers. Please bring it yourself if you need. 4. Please bring your own toothbrush/ toothpaste. 4. The electricity fee in Thailand is very expensive, please try to save electricity. 5. Feel free This price include electricity 2 big bottle water per day. Guest access Donchi House guests have access to indoor and outdoor patio dining with a full service cafe. The bar offers a variety of beers, cocktails and whiskey. Not only can you bring your own laptop and pick up a strong wifi signal, you can fuel up with a robust assortment of Thai coffee products, including espresso, cappuccino, mocha/latte, americano and more. Best of all, you can order these hot, cold or even have them whipped into a frosted shake.There is also a refrigerator and a flat-scNreen TV. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests are free to use the facilities which located in the main building, including dinning room (50m2)), living room ( 80m2) and the kitchen. Please return the goods back when you borrow something there. As it is shared space for all guests and host, please do keep it clean. 2 Kitchens: One is located in the main building which is more Asia/Thai style. Feel free to cook something by yourself if you like to. The other is a smaller one located in the ground floor. It is equipped with fridge, Microwave oven, Kettle, juice extractor and other necessary stuffs. As the kitchens are shared with all the guests, please make sure to clean it in time after you use. Washing clothes: Washing machine behind the main building is available to use. Enough hanging area offered to dry the clothes.
