Welcome to our place! We offer comfortable yet affordable accommodation which is located near the airport (walking distance from NAIA Terminal 1 and 2). The property is equipped with CCTV cameras for security and fiber wifi internet connection. Paid parking is available in the airport and along Pascor Drive. REQUIREMENTS: Vaccination card & valid ID The space The room is located on a four-story apartment building near the airport, JB Valdres Apartment. Guests get to enjoy a private airconditioned room, toilet/shower, television, hotel-type mattress, queen-sized bed and free wifi. We provide towels and toiletries. Guest access Guests can access their designated private room and the rooftop/fourth floor where there is a nice airport view. Smoking area is also located at the fourth floor. Other things to note • For added security purposes, the building gate is locked from 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM. For guests who have any scheduled flight during the lock-out hours, please inform me or the reception so we can unlock it for you. • Reception hours is 8AM to 8PM. You may still reach us beyond those hours if there's anything you need. • We reserve the right to refuse a guest's accommodation who is under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or is behaving in a disrespectful, rude, threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner. Shall the guest be refused for any of the reasons mentioned, payment will not be refunded.
