Our house is located in the fantastic Tuscan countryside, where you will find a cozy and spacious terraced house in a semi-detached house of about 150 square meters with large garden and porch ideal for summer dinners outdoors from which you can enjoy a wonderful view on Peccioli. Strategic location, half anhour drive from Pisa airport and Florence, 45 minutes from the sea with beach or rocks and from the major cities of art: Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. Volterra is 20 minutes away. The space A large porch, with a wooden table, accompanies us to the interior of the apartment on two levels. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, the dining room and the bathroom with shower. Through a marble staircase we reach the first floor where, the sleeping area, includes the two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and shower. The first room has a double bed, single bed, closet with mirror and dresser. In the second room, there is a double bed and a closet with a mirror. Guest access Outside, under the entrance porch, the apartment has a large wooden table for the exclusive use of guests. The large garden that surrounds the house is for common use and is equipped with drying racks.
