The space The main floor offers a spacious living and dining area, kitchen with fireplace, large dining table for up to 8 guests, TV and handcrafted wooden details created by the owner, a recognized local painting artist. The fully equipped kitchen includes four gas burners, refrigerator, microwave and ample tableware. A separate bedroom with door, private bathroom and generous living space provide comfort for two guests. When hosting larger groups (up to 8), the upper floor can be opened, offering three additional bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms), an extra bathroom and a small lounge area. Air conditioning is available in the main living area, heating throughout the house and ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Original paintings by the owner are displayed throughout the home, giving it a unique artistic character. Guest access Access is through the main arch entrance of the property. The house is located toward the back of the masia grounds, offering additional privacy. Guests may park either at the entrance or directly next to the house. The garden area surrounding the house can be enclosed using small wooden railings, creating a private outdoor space ideal for families or guests traveling with dogs. The seasonal swimming pool (June–September) is shared and located on the opposite side of the property. Guests are welcome to walk freely throughout the grounds. The water supply comes from a private well connected to the municipal system, ensuring safe potable water. Smoking is prohibited indoors and allowed only outdoors.
