This is one private bedroom with a shared bathroom available in a brand new two-story house with a large open kitchen, located 5 minutes away from downtown Nashville's entertainment district. If you are booking for one-two guests, you may be sharing a bathroom with another guest. The space Thank you for considering my home for your Nashville visit! The House: Brand new spacious and luxurious home, outfitted with oak floors, large bedrooms, and an open kitchen with granite countertops. There is a wrap round fence with a quaint front porch. Everything is brand new and I want you to enjoy the space as if you were visiting your favorite gal pal! Orange Room: 12'x10' second floor bedroom with beautiful hardwood floors, 2 large windows for natural light, comfortable queen sized bed, and extra large closet. Your Shared Bathroom: Gorgeous tub/shower combo with gray tiles, granite countertop, towels, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Guest access I will provide you a code to the keypad so that you can come and go as you please. Complimentary WiFi, use of kitchen that includes dishes, cutlery and fridge, living room, and brand-new washer/dryer. The TV has a HDMI hookup but there is no cable. If you plan to cook while visiting, please let me know in advance so I can clear out space in my fridge for you! Shared spaces include living, kitchen, dining, and laundry room. During your stay I live in the house and will be around during your stay. I am deeply involved in the community so I am always on the go. Feel free to come and go as you please.
