Our spacious apartment is not just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside of munich, it is also perfectly located next to the lakes and the bavarien alps. You will have a quite atmosphere but everything you need just around. The apartment offers you a high standard and a very unique and fancy place to stay. Munich is 30 minutes by train (+10 min to walk), lake Ammersee 15 minutes by car and the Zugspitze 1 hour by car or 1,5 hours by train. The space You will have the whole apartment for your own, so approx. 110 sqm. That means: A comfortable 140 cm bed with a personal wardrobe and a office table. A comfortable 160 cm bed + another 140 cm bed in the sleeping room. A big and well equipment kitchen with enough space to make you a nice dinner. A living room with a Denon surround system, a cozy extendable couch and a spacious table for your meals. A private and luxury bathroom with shower and bathtub. A big balcony with a area to relax and a table to enjoy your coffee. And a private parking in front of the house. Guest access You have the full entrance to all rooms in the first and second floor as well as to the parking lot. Other things to note We have no animals in the house but we are pet friendly. Just let me know before if you bring your pet so I can set up a place to sleep and eat.
