It is 7 minutes walk away from Pimlico tube station, which is on the Victoria line. The flat has wifi internet access (very fast at 51.4 Mbps download speed and 9.8 Mbps upload speed, interesting for who is working from home!), washing machine and dishwasher in a brand new kitchen with microwave and Nespresso machine, a new bathroom, separate powder room, sitting room with lots of art books and a balcony. Since it is the 7th floor, it is good to know, that there is an elevator. Pimlico is a wonderful neighborhood, which is very central but quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants near by in Pimlico village, Tate Britain is within walking distance, so are the Thamse river, Buckingham Palace, Sloan Square in Chelsea and the Kings Road.
