Rental unit in Perugia

Private double room in an apartment inhabited by me and my 14- and 16-year-old daughters, equipped with a TEMPUR mattress and pillows for an ultra-regenerating rest, in a quiet setting with a private bathroom adjacent to the room, externally. We kindly ask you to take off your shoes before entering the apartment. Breakfast is included with homemade desserts with healthy and genuine products at km 0. The space The apartment is very pleasant and welcoming. Guests can take advantage of the living room, where they will find two cozy sofas with a leg-stretching pouf and a wide selection of interesting magazines: Internazionale, WIRED, Millionaire, Vita d'Infanzia, Andersen, Terra Madre. There is no television. Guest access The living room can be used freely. During your stay Breakfast is included and is homemade with healthy and genuine ingredients: ciambellone, biscuits or pies, all strictly homemade. Other things to note The apartment is located near Via dei Filosofi. You can walk to both the beautiful old town and the train station. There is also a bus stop that passes on Via dei Filosofi, very close to the apartment. About 200 meters away, you can walk to the free escalators that lead to the historic center.
