This villa is a beautiful stone house with all modern facilities. The villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno. The space It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc and has also a balcony. Also on this floor is one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. Another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub is on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned. The villa has also a big beautiful rooftop of 30sqm, where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno and relax. The villa also offers iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe, parking space and is surrounded with plenty olive groves, which give a special impression of quietness for each visitor. Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops can be reached in 2km. The sandy beach of Stavromenos is 2,5km distance on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential. Other things to note For our guests we can additionally offer upon request. We can provide car at the airport for our guests any type and in a competitive prices. We can organise private tours in order to show you the best part of the island and give you the opportunity to taste Cretan cousin and local wines. We have organised tours with other groups that you can join like Samaria gorge hiking, Gramvousa island, elafonisi etc. We provide Day excursions to Santorini island. We can also combine your stay with a 4 or 5 day cruise in Greek islands with a yacht or with cruise ships in order to see more of Greece.
