Swallow's Rest is a self contained, newly renovated stone barn conversion, which sits on the grounds our family home. Nestled in the peaceful village of Keyston, near the Market Town of Haverfordwest. Here you can find an array of shops, supermarkets, pubs and cafes. On a Friday the town hosts it's renowned Farmer's Market. The newly built Riverside, which is an innovative cultural centre, featuring a library, gallery and visitor information. A sports and leisure centre, can also be visited. The space Swallow's Rest stands on the grounds of our family home. Paul and I have lived here, bringing up our family for over twenty five years. Paul, however has lived here all of his life, and has fond memories of playing in Swallow's Rest as a child - when the grounds were very different from what they are today - once housing pigs, cows and chickens. Swallow's Rest is a sympathetically converted two bedroom stone barn conversion. The modern open plan kitchen/ diner is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a dining table for those family meals. The living space with its vaulted ceiling offers two comfortable leather sofas - one of which is a pullout sofa bed, a Smart TV with Netflix facility and a woodburning stove. The flooring is tiled throughout with underfloor heating. Three steps lead you from the lounge area up to the bedrooms and walk in wet room with shower,WC, basin, heated towel rail and illuminated bathroom mirror with shaver socket. Bedroom 1 has a standard 4ft x 6 ft double bed, TV/DVD and hairdryer. Bedroom two has a standard 3ft x 6ft single bed. The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD and hairdryer. The third bed is in the form of a pullout sofa bed in the lounge area that when made up turns into a double bed - all bedlinen supplied. Guests can enjoy free Wifi, Netflix facility on the TV and a Bluetooth FM/DAB radio/ speaker. Access to the property is from a key lock box located at the front of the property, adjacent to the front door. Parking is on a gravelled space directly outside the property, on a low traffic rural road/ lane. There is ample space for one large size car or two small size cars. Standing on a partly paved, partly gravelled patio is a beautifully carved garden bench and a table and chairs set, small charcoal BBQ and a wood burning fire pit for those alfresco evenings.
