Home literally sits among the treetops. Seasonal mountain views. Creek surrounds 2/3 of property. Only one of three homes on drive. The other two homes are not visible from windows. Allergy friendly. NO PETS. (Regardless of size, breed, or species) NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE CABIN. If you must smoke or vape, please be sure the door of the cabin is closed while you are on the porch. The Kingwood Golf and Country Club is right next door which makes it a great location for those traveling to the area for a destination wedding. Just 36 miles from the Sapphire Valley Ski resort; 45 miles from Clemson University; 90 miles from Atlanta; 90 miles from Asheville. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park about an hour and a half away. Access to entire home, with the exception of the lawn shed. We simply ask that the items on the top shelves of each closet are not touched, along with the items under the stairs in the laundry room. Cabin is located just outside of Kingwood Resort. Private dead-end drive with only three homes. The drive into town is less than 5 minutes. Parking for one vehicle only. Larger trucks and SUVs will require a 3 point turn to exit. Due to its location on the mountain the home has limited cell service (Verizon/ATT customers usually have coverage). We have provided a house phone with unlimited access within the continental US for your convenience. There are movies to enjoy on the TVs/Blu Ray Players along with a Wii. NOTE: When we state 4 guests, we do stick to that. Guests in our mind also include infants/toddlers or young children.
