They can walk over 163 acres and can be hiking through wooded area and creeks. They can also hike on a rural public road to John Hay Lake, a 360 acre fishing lake. Wildlife is plentiful. The studio is approximately 500 square feet with a queen bed, wet bar, micro, full refrigerator. Guest access The studio and the apartment is separated from the home and private. It has its own deck and entrance, own patio furniture, and grill. Other things to note Verizon and AT&T have excellent service. Poor for T Mobile. In winter you may need to call ahead to check on road and entrance conditions in case of inclement weather. If ice or deep snow is predicted, you might need to cancel and if that should occur, I will assist.
